Aromatherapy is the therapeutic practice of using essential oils extracted from plants, trees, flowers and organic herbs. Commonly categorized under alternative medicine, the practice of Aromatherapy has long been observed in places like Asia and the Middle East and is vastly known for its healing capabilities for both mind and body.

In ancient Greece and Egypt, essential oils were processed through boiling and were extracted to treat ailments like nausea, headache, muscle pain, skin irritations and even loneliness and depression.

Aromatherapy is a term originating from the Greek root-word AROMA, which meant distinctive scent that is sweet and pleasant in nature. With the use of essential oils, scents from specific plants and herbs are combined to form different concoctions designed for therapeutic healing.

By 1930s, Aromatherapy found its way into Europe and the French gave rise to Modern Aromatherapy. Aromatherapy in Europe and the United Kingdom has been augmented and supported by scientific studies on the antimicrobial and antibacterial effects of these essential oils. With such innovation, essential oils of Modern Aromatherapy so popularized in the UK are composed of at least 50 pharmaceutical components responsible for therapeutic healing and Aromatherapy is known to provide effective alternative medicine to numerous physical and psychological ailments.

Among the well-known essential oils in Aromatherapy include Lavender, Eucalyptus and Peppermint.

Lavender is administered to relieve stress, headaches, skin irritations, insect bites, and burns and is also used to promote sleep and reduce insomnia;

Eucalyptus is common for treatments of colds and coughs and;

Peppermint is widely used for stimulant against nausea and dizziness.

Assimilating into mainstream lifestyle, aromatherapy has been included and can be seen in common folks’ day to day living. With modern day upbeat lifestyle and compounded stress, aromatherapy has become a successful key in reducing stress related ailments like insomnia and depression. With the advent of modern aromatherapy, most particularly in the UK and Europe, essential oils can now readily be seen being included in beauty and bathing products.

These essential oils may be administered through soothing massages, warm baths, and calming inhalations and even taken orally. Since these oils are highly concentrated, when being incorporated in massage oils and bathing formulas, they are diluted in vegetable oils or water. These carrier oils may be in the form of jojoba, sweet almond, apricot kernel and/or grapeseed oil. These mixtures are effective in providing therapeutic treatment as these oils are quickly absorbed by the skin and into the blood stream that encourages proper blood flow or circulation.

Oils designed for inhalation can be used throughout the home by providing key spots in the household with special oil burners and salt lamps. When essential oils are inhaled, they stimulate the olfactory system and trigger body and mind responses like relaxation. This works when our olfactory system sends signals to our brain and triggers chemicals to be released. With this, aromatherapy oils may be successfully used to treat loneliness, depression, and stress.

Fragrance oils or perfumes should be treated entirely differently from that of essential oils, as the former provide no therapeutic effects.

Since aromatherapy is considered an effective alternative medicine, it is believed to have a marked effect on both physical and psychological aspects. It is best known for its individualized treatment for a particular condition or even a particular person. Accordingly, it is always best to practice Aromatherapy under the guidance of a licensed aromatherapist.

During the last 15 to 20 years the popularity of alternative and complementary therapies has increased dramatically here in the UK and in particular the gentle art of Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy in the UK has become so popular that effective alternative or complementary therapy, as we refer to it, has taken on a steady stream of advocates. Consequently, holistic healing courses have been offered and license practitioners are evident in many alternative therapy courses.

Having been a qualified Aromatherapist for some time and offering one-to-one treatments to clients, I was being constantly asked how one could learn the art of Aromatherapy and be able to carry out a home based business just like mine.

To cut a long story short, my husband and I decided to put together a course that would satisfy the main governing body in the UK for complementary therapies, which was at the time the G.C.P. (The Guild of Complementary Practitioners)

The standards required for accreditation were extremely high in the UK and lengthy on site checks were carried out by the G.C.P., which we accepted were very necessary to try to eliminate the many unqualified charlatans that were practicing.

Organizations like the G.C.P. and the Aromatherapy Organisations Council (AOC) have been responsible for the formalization of Aromatherapy practice in UK, with the initiation of Statutory Regulation introduced to safeguard the public against false aromatherapy practitioners.

Before we could have our Health & Vitality Lifestyle Training School fully Accredited we had to submit our complete course notes and text books to the G.C.P., which included full course notes covering Aromatherapy, Massage, Essential Oils, Anatomy and Physiology and the general practice of running a successful complementary therapy business.

The courses had to be a minimum number of hours of in-class tuition and home study, plus a minimum number of hours of practical massage and oil blending techniques, spread over 10 months.

I suspect that the requirements in many other countries are much less stringent, but the process has meant that a qualification gained from an accredited UK establishment such as ours is recognised throughout the world and is certainly one worth having as a practitioner.

So I can say without any hesitation that the public can be confident that once they consult with a UK qualified aromatherapist, then that therapist will have be properly trained, qualified and licensed and will follow a strict Code of Ethics that meets an agreed professional standard.

More importantly, Aromatherapy in the UK has gained much importance in general health care over the years. And a steady stream of advocates and practitioners are evidence of its success in complementary therapy and alternative medicine.

The creation of these formalized institutions to oversee that such high standards are met, and the introduction of alternative medicine into mainstream lifestyle will surely continue to raise aromatherapy to the level it deserves to be in.

Let’s start off with a few simple propositions. Pain is just an extension of touch. We feel some levels of pressure represent pleasure or are merely acceptable. If the pressure becomes uncomfortable, we are immediately alerted. If the discomfort turns into pain, we are motivated to take action. So the gradations of touch into pain are a necessary part of the bodily process allowing us to avoid injury in our dangerous modern environment. Sadly, we do not have the means to switch off pain selectively. We continue to feel some pain unless the drugs literally induce unconsciousness. This is reality. There’s no sense in trying to deceive ourselves. So the big question is how we organize our lives to live a satisfying life with continuing pain?

This is not what you want to hear. The marketers who aim to sell you the range of drugs produced by the pharmaceutical industry have been brainwashing you for decades. They want you to believe there’s a pill to cure all your ills. Except that has always been a lie. Although some drugs are very effective for a time, all drugs slowly lose their effectiveness as the body adapts to them. This leaves you with the choice of giving up the drugs or increasing the dosage and risking dependence. In fact, we have millions of people addicted to prescription drugs. The majority could not stop without experiencing unpleasant withdrawal symptoms.

Long ago, the Europeans decided this was unacceptable so they have been working to change mindsets. People have to understand they cannot rely on drugs to solve their long-term health problems. They must become more self-sufficient. This is what pain management really means. Specialists have to teach people how to live without becoming dependent on drugs. It all starts with a thorough re-evaluation of the medical treatment to date. Fresh pairs of eyes look back through the records of surgical procedures and other therapies. If anything has been missed, they are now done. If anything may have been done wrongly, attempts are made to correct any adverse consequences. The idea is to ensure everything that can be done to treat the underlying cause of the pain has been done.

Now we come to the pain itself. This is recognized as a medical problem in its own right. There are specialist physicians and highly trained therapists grouped together in dedicated units. Their job is to evaluate each patient and devise a personal regime for maximizing the quality of life. It starts with occupational therapists who visit homes and workplaces, suggesting how living spaces can be designed to reduce problems, and looking to see if jobs can be redefined to reduce the causes of pain. Then come the physical therapists to introduce exercises and activity programs to rebuild strength and improve mobility. Finally, the cognitive behavioral therapists teach practical strategies for staying positive when life seems difficult. All the evidence shows this team approach is very effective. Making the patient the center of attention improves morale and fights off the threat of depression. This is not to deny the importance of a drug like Ultram. There can be a flare-up of pain and, as a short-term response, a painkiller can be essential. But, as soon as possible, the Ultram must go back into the cabinet. Life must go on without drugs.

Attacking A Modern Epidemic-Toxins- Today establishing health and avoiding disease is not as simple as eating the perfect diet, getting adjusted by your chiropractor, exercising, getting proper rest, and taking the perfect combination of supplements and treatments. You need a natural body detox. If we don’t deal with our body’s invasion of toxic chemical build-up then it’s impossible to avoid the diseases of the new millennium. Thats why implementing a daily detox is so beneficial. These diseases hunt for victims primed with Genetic weaknesses, Accumulated stress, Toxified bodies unable to rid themselves of modern toxic onslaught. Today people in literally every corner of the earth carry the 70,000+ commercially-produced chemicals that pollute our outdoor and indoor environments- and chances are the levels of these chemicals in your children are even higher than yours. Daily detox provides relief for these ailments. Pound for Pound, there are few subjects more full of “toxic” information than the subject of a natural body detox.

ADD/ADHD
Depression
Allergies/Asthma
Fibromyalgia
Alzheimer’s Disease
Heart disease
Anxiety
Hormone problems
Autoimmune diseases
Learning disabilities
Autism Spectrum
Muscular Sclerosis
Cancer
Sleep disorders
Candida
Thyroid disorders
Chronic fatigue
Weight loss resistance

A true natural body detox involves removing toxins through outt the body at a cellular level, and binding them so you can eliminate them permanently. Daily detox is far different from a colon cleanse, a herbal parasite remedy, a fad liver detox program, fad heavy metal detox, or pads you stick to the bottom of your feet. Here-in a nut shell-is what you need to know about a natural body detox.

Your body is like a bucket

Imagine the bathtub upstairs in your house slowly filling up with water-without you knowing. You don’t become aware of the problem until the bathtub finally overflows. That’s when the symptoms start. Your, floors, ceilings, furniture, and carpets all become damaged-the same way your body does once your personal bucket of toxins reaches its capacity. Genetically, everyone has different size bathtubs and buckets, which dictates how much toxicity we can withstand before getting sick.

Your body is like a pond: Streams flow in and out. When the outgoing streams become congested (in your body’s case, these include your lungs, liver, kidneys, skin, and GI system), or when too much pollution comes from the incoming streams, your pond turns into a cesspool for disease. The outflow of toxins must be greater than or equal to the inflow to avoid disease. Once this equation is corrected by removing the toxins and fully opening the cleansing pathways, the body’s healing mechanism goes to work.

The natural body detox process

Step 1: Reduce the amount of toxins coming into your body

The first step is to simply eliminate the toxic sources. The absolute best way to do this is to commit to the 5 essentials of Maximized Living in cleansing detoxification. As you avoid the toxic top 10, build peace, and remove spinal subluxation, you’ll not only set the stage for successful natural body detox, you also minimize the likelihood of retoxification.

Step 2: Unload the toxins from the body and your cells

Some popular natural body detox programs such as fibromyalgia treatments, thyroid treatments, fad liver cleansing detoxification, and etc. on the market may at some level promote this step (although many are just colon cleanses), but instead of permanently removing the toxins from your cells, the toxins remain and recirculate back into the body never to be removed. That’s why you feel great at first then you slowly crawl back to the symptomatic position. Daily Detox eliminates the retoxification problem naturally.

Step 3: Bind toxins to allow for safe and permanent removal.

Daily Detox stopping retoxification is the purpose of this step to a successful natural body detox. Modern research demonstrates that if you bind and remove toxins through the intestines, the devastating effects of these toxins in the body’s cells and organs are stopped, and the diseases caused by the toxins can reverse naturally and safely.

The thyroid is a gland that regulates the body’s metabolism. Any imbalance in the body’s thyroid levels can result in debilitating thyroid health problems. A malfunction or even an infection could lead to drastic weight problems, which are hard to overcome. Thyroid health problems could occur due to both overactive and under active thyroid glands. Many incidences of thyroid health problems are caused due to poisoning by fluoride present in water.

Hypothyroidism and Hyperthyroidism

An under active thyroid results in sluggish metabolism and weight gain. This condition, known as hypothyroidism, is caused when the body has an insufficient quantity of thyroid hormone. Acute hypothyroidism slows the metabolism down tremendously, and whatever food is eaten is metabolized very slowly, leading to significant weight gain.

Hyperthyroidism presents the opposite problem: there is an over production of the thyroid hormone and the metabolism is revved up and goes into high gear. Food is metabolized very rapidly resulting in accelerated weight loss.

There are a number of medications on the market for the treatment of hyperthyroidism. The main shortcoming of most of them is that the underlying thyroid health problems often come back after a course of medication is stopped. For this reason, many patients with hyperthyroidism are advised to consider a treatment that permanently prevents the thyroid gland from producing too much thyroid hormone. Often this means some kind of surgery.

Thyroid Problems in Pregnancy

Links have been found between thyroid problems and complications in pregnancy. Alex Stagnaro-Green, an endocrinologist at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, N.J., New Jersey Medical School, feels that it will soon become routine to test women for thyroid health problems when they are pregnant. Research carried out indicates women with thyroid health problems being twice as likely to miscarriage than women who don’t. A study in Italy found that when women who had hypothyroidism were treated with a thyroid hormone, the pre-term delivery and miscarriage rate dropped.

Natural Treatment of Thyroid Problems

The treatment and prevention of thyroid health problems can be done through diet and supplementation. Marine phytoplankton is a thyroid health food that contains ingredients the body needs for an ideal metabolic rate and can prevent thyroid health problems. Go-ji, or lyceum, berry juice also has appears to have the capacity to balance the abnormal reactions of the body, preventing thyroid problems.

In recent years natural vitamins have been used in the treatment of thyroid problems [http://www.mitamins.com/disease/Hyperthyroidism.html]. Anyone on thyroid medication should ensure an adequate daily intake of multivitamins, including vitamin C after consultation with their doctor. Kelp, which is a combination of minerals, vitamins and supplements, works well in alleviating thyroid health problems – mainly due to high iodine content. Supplementing the diet with Vitamin A could help prevent hypothyroidism because it enables the thyroid glands to absorb sufficient amounts of iodine.

A little care goes a long way in minimizing thyroid problems. When treated in the initial stages, the condition is easier to overcome.

For more information, see the American Thyroid Association’s website.

Yoga has become an increasingly popular form of exercise and meditation the last several years. Many people look at yoga as just that, though. But yoga encompasses more than simply exercise and meditation. This article will “enlighten” you to some facts about yoga.

Yoga started out in the East as a spiritual practice focusing on meditation, but in the West it is normally seen as a physical practice, for the benefit of staying healthy and in shape. Hatha yoga is the variation of yoga that describes exercise. It is estimated that around sixteen million North Americans practice this form of yoga. These yoga classes focus on breathing exercises, physical exercises and meditation, which are especially beneficial for people with back, heart, or breathing problems.

In studies, yoga has helped young and old people alike who have heart problems. The studies have shown that yoga helped to lower blood pressure and increase resistance to psychological stresses. Yoga aids to improve physical flexibility, strength and endurance, which is particularly beneficial to people with back problems. The yogic breathing and meditation assists those people to better manage their back pain.

A male who practices yoga is referred to as a yogi or yogin, whereas a female who practices yoga is called a yogini. The word yoga means to yoke and it can loosely be translated as “to join” or “unite”. It can also be taken to mean as “union” or a method of discipline. Yoga is believed to be made up of eight limbs: the asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), dharana (concentration), dhyani (meditation), yamas (restraints), pratyahara (withdrawal of senses), niyamas (observances) and samadhi (absorption). The goal of traditional yoga is to achieve samadhi, which is a state of inward enlightenment.

Most people who practice yoga today are involved with the limb asana. They use these physical postures to increase physical strength and flexibility, while purifying the body at the same time. These asanas or postures are known as the increasingly popular hatha yoga. The word hatha can mean forceful or willful and can be translated into “ha”, which means “sun” and “tha” meaning “moon”. Hatha yoga is the physical exercises and postures of yoga that allows the free-flow of energy throughout the body, as well as creating balance and inner peace and harmony.

When some people picture someone doing yoga, they have an image of a person sitting cross-legged with their eyes closed, thumb and fore finger pressed together, chanting the word “Om”. What is Om and what does it mean? Repeating the word Om is a mantra; it is a vibration of the universe around us. Everything has a pulse and ancient yogis created Om to represent that universal pulse. Chanting Om at the beginning and end of a yoga session brings the person a sense of connection to the entire universe and is meant to be soothing and uplifting.

Yoga is beneficial no matter how much or how little of it you can fit into your weekly schedule. It is recommended to start practicing yoga two or three times a week for an hour each time and work your way up from there if possible. However, any time that you can find for a yoga session will work too. Nothing special is required to begin a yoga session. The only things that are needed for a yoga session are your body, mind and comfortable, well-fitting workout clothes. Then you are ready for your first yoga experience!

Asthma allergy is fairly common and afflicts people of all ages including children. If you have this medical condition, you are probably looking for remedies for allergies or ways to ease your symptoms, which can be frightening at times. Asthma is an inflammation and tightening of the airways and that can make it difficult to breathe.

Most people with asthma allergy usually have extended periods where they are symptom free, interrupted by flare-ups of wheezing. An attack can last for days or just a few hours. Other people must contend with their symptoms of wheezing and shortness of breath on a daily basis.

Identifying the triggers for your asthma allergy is important to preventing an attack. Your doctor may give you allergy tests so you can uncover the culprit. Common triggers include cigarette smoke, pollen, mold, pet dander, dust, foods, chemicals, cold weather, stress, infections, and even exercise.

Once you know what might set off an episode of wheezing, you can take steps to avoid it. For example, if cold weather is a trigger, you can attempt to stay indoors as much as possible during the winter and cover your mouth with a scarf if you do go out. If you are allergic to particular foods, you know to avoid them to prevent wheezing.

Controlling asthma allergies usually isn’t as simple as avoiding triggers though. Many times you don’t know what causes an attack. Your doctor may also prescribe medication that can help. There are two types of drugs your doctor might give you. One of them is quick acting and intended for use during an asthma attack. The other is long acting and is taken to help prevent an attack from happening.

Generally, people with mild asthma allergy take the quick relief medicines whenever they are needed. People who battle the symptoms of asthma on a constant basis use the longer acting drugs. Sometimes an attack is so severe that you might have to go to the hospital for stronger medications delivered through an IV. You may be given oxygen in the hospital as well so you can breathe easier.

Sometimes, you can have advance warning an attack is on the way, if you regularly use a peak flow meter device. This is a small instrument your doctor can give you to use at home, that measures how fast you can blow air out of your lungs. When the readings drop, it is a sign of inflammation and restriction of the airways even though you might not be having symptoms yet. Taking medication at that time may reverse the attack before it gets too bad.

Asthma allergy can become serious if not properly treated. The symptoms and progression of the condition varies among individuals. Some children seem to grow out of it when they get older while others don’t. Although there is no cure, the condition can be successfully managed in most cases. The success of your treatment depends upon your commitment to taking your medications or using appropriate remedies for allergies, as advised and avoiding known triggers.

With each passing day, life becomes more and more demanding emotionally, mentally and even physically. This causes stress levels to build up and inevitably bring about distress and anxiety. In the end, it can affect your body, coming off as mood swings, headaches, or even worse ailments. Meditation is a good way to combat all of that. It makes use of channeling your mind, recharging it to achieve mental balance. Mental balance then contributes to physical balance. Physical balance then brings about emotional balance. This proves true as meditation has found to have many health benefits. Not only does it reduce stress, but improves blood pressure and breathing.

Meditation is usually perceived as being still to avoid distractions. While it is true that sitting still can allow you to enter a meditative state, other meditation techniques allow you to move, so that not only is your mind in balance, but also your body as well. Movement during meditation involves rhythmical breathing, as well as soft, graceful actions which let your body loose.

One can meditate with movement by making slow transitions in body positions. For example, from a sitting position, you can slowly move into a squat. Be aware of where your body parts are, your feet in contact with the ground, your knees flexed. You can move your arms, in slow graceful waves. Move body parts, which feel tense. Then you can slowly rise, moving your body in a rise and fall motion. Imagery and visions of nature can help you feel the movements. You can imagine that you are a flower bud blooming, or an animal moving across the forest, or a bird or butterfly opening its wings and flying. Open your mind and allow your body to move and get lost in the movement.

You can still be in tune with your body even if in movement. This allows oneness with your mind and body and detachment from the physical world. This kind of meditation can be done after simple meditation (such as sitting still and listening to breathing), so that not only is the mind rejuvenated, but the body as well.

Getting up in years doesn’t have to create a lot of anxiety if you’re a Senior, but it does. Have you given any thought about what Aromatherapy may be able to do for you? This article may just help you decide.

Aromatherapy means exactly what you might think. It is getting a therapeutic benefit from the aroma of essential oils created from 9 different categories of materials. They include citrus, floral, fruit, grasses and hays, herbs, menthols, mosses, resins and roots, spices, woods and barks.

These oils are created by well known processes and used widely around the world to help people overcome a number of ailments they may encounter in their daily lives.

Every day there is more scientific evidence from research performed on the effects of Aromatherapy on our bodies. The benefits to our physical, mental, emotional and psychological well being using these oils is proving to be significant. Although the Aromatherapy will make you feel better and create changes in your body, the effects have not been proven to heal the individual.

Since the major effect comes from a person smelling the aromas, it is important to understand why an oil, that one person might love another person might hate. It isn’t just the smell. It is a reaction to the fragrances’ complex makeup with your own chemistry that makes the difference.

This peculiar interaction of a scent with each different individual is what will produce the specific therapeutic effects each one is deemed to have. Heck, if everyone had the same response to a certain chemical like aspirin, there would only be one brand sold. The same thing goes for essential oils. We all react differently.

Growing Older

As we are too painfully aware of, as we get older our bodies don’t heal or react the same way to stimuli the way it used to when we were younger. Just like we need to force ourselves to exercise to lose that extra weight we burned off so easily in our younger years, we sometimes need help to get through those ailments that creep up on us in the golden years.

Almost every essential oil has properties that fight bacteria. Because of this they help the formation of white blood cells in the body thereby helping to prevent you from getting infections in the first place. As we age we tend to lose this ability and this gives us the ability to gain that edge back.

Essential oils have been shown to provide dramatic changes in a person’s health and well being. The inhalation of the aromas they produce provides the quickest means of access for the oils to enter our bodies. They quickly reach the brain which yields the most dramatic results.

Another common method for allowing these oils to interact and stimulate our bodies is by getting a aromatic massage or by using them in our bath water. A lot of the oils can be absorbed thru the skin or as we already have seen inhaling the aroma from the oils mixing with the warm bath water is a great therapy as well.

Besides relaxing in a nice warm bath and listening to our favorite music as we enjoy a pleasant odor, fond memories are normally triggered. Think of a time when you smelled something really great like a perfume or a certain food. You stop, close your eyes and breathe in slowly to savor the moment. This relaxing of our breathing pattern is no different than if we took medication to do so.

Even when taking a bath is not practical don’t give up hope. A shower is fine and there are numerous products including aromatherapy soaps or body wash gels available to use.

How it works

As we inhale these scents they immediately reach our olfactory sensors. These sensors are the only direct channel to our brain cells that the body has. This interaction in the brain, specifically an area called the limbic system works directly in conjunction with our circulatory, nervous, immune and respiratory systems. The essential oils are in immediate contact with our whole body.

By breathing these oils you can understand how it mixes with the oxygen in our lungs. By attaching to the oxygen cells the oils are carried directly thru the bloodstream into all areas of the body. Doing so causes the therapeutic reactions we are trying to achieve by using these essential oils. Infusing the oxygen cells with the oils help it to stimulate the body to improve itself, either emotionally, physically or mentally.

You should read up on the types of essential oils to use for a particular ailment. Remember these oils are very concentrated. Consult a doctor before using them just in case there are indications that certain ones should not be used for various reasons.

How about using Aromatherapy products during the normal part of the day? They have diffusers for your car and your house. A diffuser is a little water tank with spinning wheels in it. You fill it with water and add some essential oils. It then “diffuses” these particles into the air so we can breathe them. Candles are especially significant to use during the course of aromatherapy. They even have flameless candles available for those that are fearful of having lit candles around.

There are items for you back, neck and feet. Aromatic wipes with essential oils on them have been used to elicit responses from Alzheimer’s patients and treat other ailments as well.

Essential oils are for people of any age group from a newborn child to a person up in years. They have been shown to be beneficial for ailments ranging from cancer to diarrhea. Getting older is a fact of life but that shouldn’t stop us from using Aromatherapy to help us keep as strong and healthy a body as we possibly can when we need it the most.

Thanks for reading! See you again real soon.

Copyright Cinova LLC – 2009

So you are looking for some info on cheap skin care products? I’ll tell you the pros and cons about cheap skin products, so keep reading.

Most of us don’t want to spend a fortune on caring for the skin, because what if even the most expensive products don’t work and we’ve wasted that hard earned money.

But you don’t want to end up with skin that is worse than before you bought that product, so how can you separate the OK cheap skin care products from the bad ones?

Avoid products with chemicals and harsh ingredients

Some chemicals might make you look good for the day, but when you wash that cream away the wrinkles and blemishes are still there.

There are lots of chemicals commonly used in both expensive and cheap skin products that can cause your skin to age faster and even serious conditions like cancer. Of course you don’t develop that over night, it can take years of using those ingredients, but why even risk it?

So turn to natural products without any mineral oil, alcohol and parabens, which all can make you look older and harm your health.

Sometimes the expensive are even worse than the cheap skin care products, but they are actually often about the same. The most important thing is to check the ingredients list for potentially harmful ingredients, before you go buy a new skin care product.

I know sometimes you can’t afford much, but you don’t want to end up with a product that can harm your skin! The natural skin care market is ever growing, and many natural products are getting more affordable.
